Erica Hoffman, M.Ed & M.S. has been dedicated to education for 13 years, starting as a teacher and advancing to the role of principal before establishing a thriving online homeschool 4.5 years ago. She has received prestigious awards such as Teacher of the Year, 100% of her students in Paterson achieved the highest growth projectile scores in the state for three consecutive years, and she has earned recognition as the youngest principal in New Jersey. 

Erica holds a B.A. in English from Rutgers University, an M.S. in Special Education from Fordham University, and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from William Paterson University, graduating as the top student in her class. 

Erica's teaching journey began in Newark, NJ as a student teacher, leading her to the South Bronx as an ELA teacher. She continued her impact in Paterson, NJ, and then became a principal at a school for students with disabilities. Relocating to Texas, Erica ventured into online education, founding an innovative homeschooling platform that has reached over 30,000 students worldwide.
